AcquireBrands is a brand operated by Mentify LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site or submitting a form on it, you accept them.

What this site is

This site publishes free educational material about selling on Amazon FBA, and it is where applications for our paid mentorship program, the Amazon FBA Accelerator, are taken. The site itself does not sell anything. Applying does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed — the terms of any paid program are agreed separately, in writing, before you pay anything.

Education, not a business opportunity

Everything here is education and mentorship. We are not offering a business opportunity, a franchise, an investment, or a guaranteed income, and nothing on this site should be read as financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Selling on Amazon requires capital, work and time, carries real commercial risk, and many people who attempt it do not succeed.

Results you see on this site

Where we refer to student outcomes, those results are exceptional rather than typical, and are generally self-reported. They are not a promise or an estimate of what you will achieve. Your own results depend on your capital, the hours you put in, your market, your suppliers, your decisions and conditions outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee income, and we would encourage you to be sceptical of anyone in this industry who does.

Applying

We ask applicants for honest answers about capital and available time because we use them to decide whether the program is a sensible next step. We decline applications, including from people who could pay, and we will tell you when we think the timing is wrong for you. Information you give us must be accurate; we may decline or end participation where it is not.

Your account of yourself

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, not to interfere with its operation, and not to scrape or republish its content commercially.

Our content

The text, design, video, documents and other material on this site belong to Mentify LLC or its licensors. You may read it and use it personally. You may not copy, republish, resell or distribute it without our written permission. Material provided inside a paid program is licensed to you personally for the duration set out in that program's own terms, and sharing access is not permitted.

Third-party services and links

Parts of this site rely on third parties — for example the application form and the video player. Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Availability

We try to keep the site working but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost business.
