Privacy Policy

AcquireBrands is a brand operated by Mentify LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers acquirebrands.com and the pages served from it.

What you give us directly

When you request a free resource such as the Second Income Roadmap, or apply for the Amazon FBA Accelerator, you submit information yourself. Depending on the form, that is:

• your name, email address and, on some forms, your phone number
• the country you are in
• your answers to the questions on that form — for example your available capital band, the hours a week you can commit, and why you are looking for a second income

We ask for this because it is what the resource is built from. The roadmap is assembled around your country, hours and capital, and an application cannot be assessed without answers.

What we record automatically

To understand which channels bring people to the site, we record:

• a random visitor identifier generated in your browser — it is not derived from you and identifies a browser, not a person
• the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the referring website, and the first page you landed on
• page views and clicks on primary buttons

We keep your first set of campaign parameters permanently and separately from the ones current at each later submission, so we can tell which channel originally introduced you without losing what you did afterwards.

Storage in your browser

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site. We use your browser's own local storage for two values: ab.v1, which holds your visitor identifier and first-touch campaign data and persists between visits, and ab.s1, which holds the campaign data for the current session only and is discarded when you close the tab. Clearing your browser storage removes both.

How we use it

• to deliver the resource you asked for
• to decide honestly whether a paid program is a sensible next step for you, and to tell you when it is not
• to contact you about the program you enquired about, and about related material where you have agreed to that
• to measure which campaigns and pages actually work

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions:

• Supabase — our database, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt)
• Vercel — website and application hosting
• Typeform — the form used to collect Accelerator applications
• Vidalytics — video hosting on the Accelerator page
• Google Fonts — typefaces, requested by your browser when a page loads

When we connect an email delivery provider and a customer relationship system, they will be added to this list before they receive any of your data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records and the submissions attached to them for as long as we are in contact with you about a program, and afterwards only for as long as we have a business or legal reason to. If you ask us to delete your record, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it for marketing, or send you a copy. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. Exercising any of these costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you already gave us will be communicated directly.
